What $199 covers

$199 USD total, one time, for one business and one buying use case: six agreed questions, two named answer surfaces, two independent runs per question and surface, up to 24 observations, retained prompts and answers, source checks for material claims, a concise report, and up to three supported actions or an honest no-correction finding.

We agree the exact questions, surfaces, language, access limitations, deliverables and delivery date in writing before requesting payment. A request form is not a purchase. If the available access cannot support the agreed scope, we resolve that before payment. No subscription, implementation, ongoing monitoring or guarantee of mentions, rankings, traffic or sales is included.

Delivery and clarification

We deliver the report and retained evidence privately through the route agreed in the written scope. The report identifies dates, model or mode when disclosed, sources and missing evidence. AI answers vary; a sample is not a universal visibility score or proof of customer acquisition.

One clarification round is included. Send consolidated questions within seven calendar days after delivery; we respond within three business days. This explains the delivered findings and corrects mistakes against the agreed evidence. New questions, another collection wave and implementation require a separate written agreement.

Cancellation and corrections

You can cancel for a full refund before collection work begins. If we cannot fulfill the agreed scope or delivery date, you may accept a revised written agreement or request a full refund. We do not substitute fewer observations without your agreement. Report a material omission or error within seven calendar days: we will correct it within five business days or refund the unfulfilled portion; if it makes the report unusable, we refund the full fee.

Refunds return to the original payment method. We initiate an agreed refund within five business days; your payment provider controls when it appears. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law gives you. An accurate no-correction finding is a valid diagnostic result, not a promise that a fix will be found.

Payment

Payment is requested only after fit, written scope and date agreement. The seller and total must match your scope confirmation. A payment confirmation page alone does not establish settled payment: we reconcile it with the payment provider before starting delivery. Do not use the former agency application's billing or subscription pages for this service.

Your information

Provide only business contact details, public sources and non-confidential buyer questions you are entitled to share. Do not submit passwords, customer records or sensitive documents. Agreed public questions are sent to the named AI services to collect answers; their processing terms apply. We retain requests and delivery evidence privately for fulfillment, clarification and necessary business records. We do not publish your report or correspondence without permission.

Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests. We review necessary legal, payment and recordkeeping retention before deletion and explain any limits. Public funnel analytics receive only allowed events and sanitized attribution, not submitted names, email addresses, business URLs, questions, report text or correspondence. Requests, qualified discussions, agreed scopes, actual payments and completed deliveries are separate records; internal controls are excluded from customer evidence.
